This Application provides mathematical calculations for educational and informational purposes only. The outputs do NOT constitute financial, mortgage lending, investment, tax, or legal advice.
You expressly recognize and acknowledge that:
- Calculations represent mathematical estimates based on user-entered variables and standard compounding formulas.
- Mortgage US is not a mortgage lender, broker, or financial institution. We do not underwrite loans, issue pre-approvals, or solicit credit applications.
- Actual mortgage terms, interest rates, closing points, discount fees, mortgage insurance premiums, and borrower eligibility depend upon lender underwriting criteria, property appraisals, and personal credit scores.
- You must consult a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or legal counsel prior to executing binding financial commitments or contracts.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
As a condition of your license to use the App, you agree that you will not:
- Use the App or web tools for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable federal, state, or municipal laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the App.
- Deploy automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against our web servers.
- Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or lease the App without express written authorization from Djava Media.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The App, website, user interface, brand assets, logos, design systems, algorithms, and documentation are the proprietary intellectual property of Djava Media and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
6. Third-Party Services
The Application may link to or incorporate services provided by third parties, such as Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) or the Apple App Store. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed exclusively by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Djava Media is not responsible or liable for any third-party content, actions, or omissions.
7. In-App Advertising & Monetization
The App provides core calculation functionality free of charge, funded in part by advertisements served via Google AdMob. Certain advanced or bonus utility modules may be accessible by viewing an opt-in rewarded advertisement. Such unlocks are provided on a session basis and do not represent a commercial purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, DJAVA MEDIA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

- Any financial decisions, property purchases, loan applications, or contracts executed based on App estimates.
- Any interruptions, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in software operation.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal proceeding shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malang, East Java, Indonesia.
